Yamaha XP105T and XP125T electronic tom pads are two-zone drum triggers with birch-ply shells, head-and-rim triggering, and 10-inch or 12-inch playing surfaces. This family includes Yamaha Textured Cellular Silicone (TCS) and two-ply REMO mesh versions, with Real Wood and Black Forest finishes available across both sizes.

Players can choose the surface that best matches their preferred response. XP105T-X and XP125T-X models use Yamaha's TCS material, which incorporates a cellular structure engineered to produce a controlled rebound and acoustic-drum-like playing feel. XP105T-M and XP125T-M models instead use tunable, replaceable two-ply REMO mesh heads for adjustable response, reduced acoustic playing noise, and familiar mesh-head performance.

Each model uses a birch-ply shell and supports separate head and rim trigger zones for expressive electronic drum performance. The 10-inch XP105T models suit standard tom positions, while the larger 12-inch XP125T models provide additional playing area for floor-tom applications. These pads are used throughout Yamaha DTX8 and DTX10 configurations and connect through a standard stereo 1/4-inch output. Real Wood and Black Forest finishes coordinate with Yamaha's wood-shell DTX electronic drum systems.
